As you all know, Dynasty Warriors 7 is the newest series of the Dynasty Warriors or usually known as 真・三國無双 6 in Japanese. You can play this game in the Xbox 360 or the PS3. Dynasty Warriors 7 has got some new systems. Some of their system are similar with the Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce (DWSF), like, you can use 2 weapons here, The Ex weapon (main weapon) and the Sub weapon. Although you can use 2 weapons, you only can use the Ex weapon to execute the Ex attack (something like special attacks and not a musou attack).
DW7 also got 1 new kingdom. So, there will be 5 kingdoms in this game. The Wei Kingdom, Shu Kingdom, Wu Kingdom, Other and the newest kingdom, Jin Kingdom. All the characters from the Jin Kingdoms are new except for Sima Yi. Here are the list of the DW7 characters including the old ones:
-Shu: Zhao Yun, Liu Bei, Zhuge Liang, Yue Ying, Jiang Wei, Bao San Niang (new), Ma Dai (new), Ma Chao, Liu Shan (new), Huang Zhong, Wei Yan, Pang Tong, Guan Yu, Guan Ping, Guan Suo (new), Zhang Fei, Xing Cai.
-Wei: Cao Cao, Cao Pi, Xiahou Dun, Xiahou Yuan, Cao Ren, Zhen Ji, Cai Wen Ji (new), Zhang Liao, Zhang He, Xu Zhu, Dian Wei, Jia Xu (new), Xu Huang.
-Wu: Sun Jian, Sun Quan, Sun Ce, Sun Shang Xiang, Zhou Tai, Zhou Yu, Xiao Qiao Da Qiao, Ding Feng (new), Lu Meng, Lu Xun, Tai Shi Ci, Huang Gai, Gan Ning, Lian Shi (new).
-Jin: Sima Zhao (new), Sima Shi (new), Wang Yuan Ji (new), Deng Ai (new), Zhong Hui (new), Guo Huai (new), Xiahou Ba (new), Sima Yi, Zhuge Dan (new).
-Other: Lu Bu, Dong Zhuo, Yuan Shao, Zhu Rong, Meng Huo, Zhang Jiao.
Some of the Characters haven't got their design so we don't know the will out for this game or not. Chracters that haven't come out: Diao Chan, Pang De, and some others.
Well..you all gonna have some new weapons here. All the weapons are (including the old ones):
Spear, Sword, Great Sword, Twin Swords, Flying daggers and swords, bladed yoyo, lance, arm cannon, claws, fan, war fan, chain sickle, nunchaku, twin pikes, pike, staff, cane, chakram, crossbow, bow, twin maces, axe, club, rapier, sword and shield, flail, cutlass, halberd, double-ended blade, gauntlets, tonfa, whip, flute and harp.
DW7 also allow gamers to use siege weapons such as juggernauts, ballista, and catapult. Just press the X button near the weapons and press the triangle, square or the circle button to execute different type of the siege weapon's attack.
